Exhibitor pre-registration (Mon 3 Nov): 09:00-17:00 at Fiera Roma. Bring QR confirmation + ID to receive badge, lanyard, exhibitor pack.
Onsite tips: Registration desks also operate during expo opening; allow extra time on Tue morning. The official app may post shuttle/traffic updates.
